This Privacy Policy explains how DawnForge Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the SNEAKFIRE website (the “Site”). SNEAKFIRE is a DawnForge Studios product.

1. Information we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. When you submit the sign-up form, we collect:

• Your email address — provided by you.
• A timestamp — when you signed up.
• Your IP address — recorded for security and abuse prevention.

We do not run advertising or third-party analytics/tracking on the Site.

2. How we use your information

• To send you updates about SNEAKFIRE (early access, champion reveals, launch news) — only with your consent.
• To protect the Site against spam, bots, and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your email on the basis of your consent (which you give by checking the agreement box and submitting the form), and we process limited security data (such as your IP address) on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the Site secure.

The Site uses only essential cookies needed for security and core functionality. In particular, our bot-protection provider (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set a strictly-necessary cookie to verify you are human. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site, under appropriate safeguards:

• Hostinger — website hosting and email delivery.
• Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile).

We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. Security logs are kept only for a limited period.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email support@dawnforgestudios.com. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, restricted access to stored sign-ups, rate limiting, and bot protection. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
